We were looking at the house we loved (and now live in!) within 5 hours of it coming on market, and due to the aggressiveness of the market we had an offer in after only 8.5 hours of it coming on. They know exactly how to read the market and thanks to their solid advice, we offered what turned out to be exactly the right amount to get the house out of multiple offers in that short amount of time! We are living in our dream home because of their expertise and excellent intuition! Not only buying, but selling was made insanely easy by them as well- they showed up the morning we were having pictures taken and both personally worked at helping us finish making our house as perfect as possible- Jeff even worked like crazy to help my husband move a truckload's worth of branches that had not been picked up by the city yet. THAT is dedication! Due to their insight and advice, the pictures were wonderful, and we had viewings scheduled like crazy on the first day on the market. They priced it EXACTLY right and our small house from 1964, not even remodeled, was only open to viewers for 8 hours, with 11 viewings. On the first day from those 11 viewings we received 8 offers (all over asking price), and had it under contract just after midnight that same night. They even got us to closing early on the sale- saving us from paying another month's mortgage on our old house! It was a wild experience but the Logans guided us through it as if we were their own family. We love our new home so much we may not need a realtor again for quite a while, but we will never use anyone else!"
